Yaakov fights with the angel of Eisav until dawn in Nachal Yabok Yaakov and wins. This is the very place where the Jews received their name “Yisrael”. Yossi questions the fact that there are others who now live in the land of Israel who use the name “Yisraeli”. How is this possible?
